目的: 明确 PET 瓶连线生产的品控要求,确保供我司产品使用的 PET 瓶符合可口可 乐(中国)饮料有限公司相应的产品规格与标准。

要求: 所有 PET 瓶的连线生产,必须跟随下列品控要求:1.碳酸饮料用 PET 瓶:
1.1. 首检 – 供瓶方品控员检测开机调试产品,合格后经装瓶厂具有物料进 厂检验资格的品控人员确认,才可正式生产供瓶,项目如下: 1.1.1. 瓶胚型号和标签版本、外观、有无污染; 1.1.2. PET 瓶和标签外观、瓶口尺寸(使用卡板)、高度、注点容量、 分段重量、塑料分布、垂直负载、快速应力开裂、分层检查(可 口可乐瓶型); 1.1.3. 瓶口检查仪正常工作。
1.2. 自检 – 供瓶方操作员每隔 10 分钟检查 PET 瓶和标签外观,以及瓶口 检查仪的运行状况。
1.3. 巡检 - 供瓶方品控员检测正式产品,检测项目和频率如下: 1.3.1. 每 1 小时检查 PET 瓶和标签外观; 1.3.2. 每 2 小时测试瓶口尺寸(使用卡板)、分段重量; 1.3.3. 每 4 小时测试塑料分布、垂直负载、快速应力开裂、分层检查 (可口可乐瓶型); 1.3.4. 每 8 小时测试高度、直径、瓶重、注点容量。
2.矿物质水用 PET 瓶: 2.1. 首检 – 供瓶方品控员检测开机调试产品,合格后经具有物料进厂检验 资格的品控人员确认,才可正式生产供瓶,项目如下: 2.1.1. 瓶胚型号和标签版本、外观、有无污染; 2.1.2. PET 瓶和标签外观、瓶口尺寸(使用卡板)、高度、注点容量、 垂直负载;

2.1.3. 瓶口检查仪正常工作。 2.2. 自检 – 供瓶方操作员每隔 10 分钟检查 PET 瓶和标签外观,以及瓶口
检查仪的运行状况。 2.3. 巡检 - 供瓶方品控员检测正式产品,检测项目和频率如下:
2.3.1. 每 1 小时检查 PET 瓶和标签外观; 2.3.2. 每 2 小时测试瓶口尺寸(使用卡板)、垂直负载; 2.3.3. 每 8 小时测试高度、直径、瓶重、注点容量。 3.热灌装饮料用 PET 瓶: 3.1. 首检 – 供瓶方品控员检测开机调试产品,合格后经具有物料进厂检验 资格的品控人员确认,才可正式生产供瓶,项目如下: 3.1.1. 瓶胚型号和标签版本、外观、有无污染; 3.1.2. PET 瓶和标签外观、瓶口尺寸(使用卡板)、高度、注点容量
(20℃转换)、耐热性能、耐真空度; 3.2. 自检 – 供瓶方操作员每隔 10 分钟检查 PET 瓶和标签外观。 3.3. 巡检 - 供瓶方品控员检测正式产品,检测项目和频率如下:
3.3.1. 每 1 小时检查 PET 瓶和标签外观; 3.3.2. 每 2 小时测试瓶口尺寸(使用卡板); 3.3.3. 每 4 小时测试塑料分布、垂直负载、侧壁强度、耐热性能、耐
真空度; 3.3.4. 每 8 小时测试高度、直径、瓶重、注点容量(20℃转换)。 4.遇下列情况,须重新进行首检: 4.1. 发现以上任何项目不符合标准时,应立即停机,问题解决并经检测合 格后方可供瓶; 4.2. 更换吹瓶模具和发生影响吹瓶工艺的停机及停机 2 小时以上; 4.3. 更换瓶胚(包括供应商、原料或批号的改变)。 5. 更换标签(包括供应商或批号的改变),须重新检验标签版本、外观、有 无污染。

6. 每班结束供瓶方品控员须根据测试数据汇总 COA 报告。 7. 装瓶厂物料进厂品控人员或具有物料进厂检验资格的品控人员应至少每 4
小时一次检查、核对供瓶方的检验频率和数据,并注明意见和签署。如发 现问题,应立即与供瓶方沟通,采取相应的行动。

Purpose:
To definite quality control requirement for on-line PET bottle production and to ensure that PET bottles for our products use meet the relevant specifications and standards of the Coca-Cola (China) Beverages Co., Ltd.

Requirement:
All on-line PET bottle production must follow quality control requirements as below:1. PET Bottles for Carbonated Soft Drink :
1.1. Initial Check – QC staffs of suppliers test PET bottles at start up, and QC staffs of bottlers who are qualified for In-coming QC inspection confirm test results. Suppliers can start supply PET bottles if test results are satisfactory. Test items are listed as below: 1.1.1. Preform I.D. and label graphic version, appearance, contamination; 1.1.2. Appearance of PET bottles and label, finish dimension (using go / no go gauge), height, fill-point capacity, section weight, plastic distribution, vertical load, quick stress crack resistance, delamination (for contour bottles only) ; 1.1.3. Finish inspectors operating under normal condition.
1.2. Self-check – Operators of suppliers check appearance of PET bottle and label, work status of finish inspectors every ten minutes.
1.3. Patrol Check - QC staffs of suppliers test formal products according to test items and frequencies as below: 1.3.1. Check appearance of PET bottle and label every one hour; 1.3.2. Check finish dimension (using go / no go gauge), section weight every two hours; 1.3.3. Check plastic distribution, vertical load, quick stress crack resistance, delamination (for contour bottles only) every four hours; 1.3.4. Check height, diameter, weight, fill-point capacity every eight hours;
2. PET Bottles for Mineralized Water: 2.1. Initial Checking – QC staffs of suppliers test PET bottles at start up, and QC staffs of bottlers who are qualified for In-coming QC inspection confirm test results. Suppliers can start supply PET bottles if test results are satisfactory. Test items are listed as below: 2.1.1. Preform I.D. and label graphic version, appearance, contamination; 2.1.2. Appearance of PET bottles and label, finish dimension (using go / no go gauge), height, fill-point capacity, vertical load; 2.1.3. Finish inspectors operating under normal condition.

2.2. Self-check – Operators of suppliers check appearance of PET bottle and label, work status of finish inspectors every ten minutes.
2.3. Patrol Check - QC staffs of suppliers test formal products according to test items and frequencies as below: 2.3.1. Check appearance of PET bottle and label every one hour; 2.3.2. Check finish dimension (using go / no go gauge), vertical load every two hours; 2.3.3. Check height, diameter, weight, fill-point capacity every eight hours;
3. PET Bottles for Hot Fill Products: 1.1. Initial Checking – QC staffs of suppliers test PET bottles at start up, and QC staffs of bottlers who are qualified for In-coming QC inspection confirm test results. Suppliers can start supply PET bottles if test results are satisfactory. Test items are listed as below: 3.1.1. Preform I.D. and label graphic version, appearance, contamination; 3.1.2. Appearance of PET bottles and label, finish dimension (using go / no go gauge), height, fill-point capacity (20°C conversion), heat resistance, vacuum resistance; 3.2. Self-check – Operators of suppliers check appearance of PET bottle and label every ten minutes. 3.3. Patrol Check - QC staffs of suppliers test formal products according to test items and frequencies as below: 3.3.1. Check appearance of PET bottle and label every one hour. 3.3.2. Check finish dimension (using go / no gogauge) every two hours. 3.3.3. Check plastic distribution, vertical load, sidewall rigidity, heat resistance, vacuum resistance every four hours. 3.3.4. Check height, diameter, weight, fill-point capacity (20°C conversion) every eight hours.
4. Initial check must be redone if one of the following occur:4.1. Find any above test items can not meet the specification, production must be stopped at once. Solve the problem and then supply PET bottles after passing tests. 4.2. Change blowing molds or machine stop affecting blowing process or machine stopped for more than 2 hours. 4.3. Change preform (including any change of supplier, raw material or lot number).
5. Label graphic version, appearance and contamination must be checked again if change label (including any change of supplier or lot number).

6. QC staffs of suppliers must summarize COA report according to QC record every shift.
7. QC Staffs of bottlers who are qualified for In-coming QC inspection shall check the suppliers’ test frequencies and records at least every 4 hours, with comments and signatures. If any question is found, they shall communicate with suppliers immediately and take action if necessary.
